Clergyman. Definition 2.a of the Oxford English Dictionary:

Originally: an incumbent of a pre-Reformation or Church of England parish where the tithes were retained by the incumbent (cf. vicar n. 2a) (now hist.); (later) the incumbent of a parish where this was formerly the case. Now also: (Anglican Church) a member of the clergy who has charge of a parish; (also) the leader of a team ministry.

Not to be confused with the boss of a university. Those persons are usually called president.
