"He is constantly busy with problems caused by his “hybridity” as he is feeling to be between the two cultures he inhabits": Surprisingly, he does not: he becomes a successful businessman/criminal. No heart-rending reflexions on in-betweenness. Hybridity is taken for granted. If you think that this is not the case, then please give examples from the movie.
