Royal Standard
Appearance
The flag used by the monarch of the United Kingdom in his or her capacity as Sovereign. It is flown when the Queen is "at home" in one of the royal palaces and it may also be flown on any building during a visit by the Queen. The Royal Standard is never flown at half-mast.
