Aldous Leonard Huxley was an English writer and the most famous member of the worldwide known Huxley family.
26 July 1894 (Godalming) - 22 November 1963 (Los Angeles). English author. Full name Aldous Leonard Huxley.
He was born on 26 July 1894 and died on 22 November 1963 at the age of 69.
 
Aldous Huxley was the grandson of Thomas Henry ("T.H.") Huxley, a zoologist and controversialist known as "Darwin's Bulldog" (http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/evolution/library/02/2/l_022_09.html).
 
Huxley's mother died when he was 14 years old. He was educated at Eton and Balliol College, Oxford. Wrote satirical novels in the 1920s. Probably most famous for the 1932 dystopian novel ''[[Brave New World]]''.  
 
Went to the USA in 1937. There experiments with new drugs and spiritualism. Huxley died on 22 November 1963, just a couple of hours after John F. Kennedy.
